As a UI designer for DoorDash, I created a range of user-focused interface solutions that supported both customer engagement and internal communication initiatives. My work included designing polished presentation interfaces, campaign visuals, and product-aligned UI assets that translated complex concepts, such as privacy education and in-district engagement into clear, accessible visual experiences. I collaborated closely with functional teams to ensure consistency with DoorDash’s brand system while optimizing layouts for clarity, scalability, and performance across digital channels.
PIN CODE REDESIGN
I designed a PIN code AI interface for DoorDash that streamlined secure user verification while maintaining a fast, frictionless experience across mobile workflows. The project focused on creating intuitive input states, smart error handling, and responsive feedback patterns that helped users complete authentication quickly and confidently. I collaborated with product and engineering teams to align the UI with accessibility standards and DoorDash’s design system, ensuring consistency across screens while supporting scalable AI-assisted verification flows. The result was a clean, user-centered security experience that improved clarity, trust, and completion rates during sensitive interactions.
ORDER DROP-OFF FLOW
For the Order Drop-Off Flow project, I designed a streamlined delivery confirmation experience that helps Dashers complete orders quickly while increasing customer confidence that their food was delivered to the correct location. The flow introduces clear step guidance, contextual prompts for photo capture, and progressive confirmation states that reduce friction at the doorstep while ensuring accurate drop-off documentation. I focused on improving usability in time-sensitive, real-world environments by simplifying decision points, reinforcing visual feedback after each action, and supporting both receipt-photo and no-receipt scenarios. The result was a more reliable, intuitive completion flow that balanced speed for Dashers with transparency and trust for customers.
TASKSFLOWS
For Task Flows, I designed an end-to-end experience that enables Dashers to complete lightweight, non-delivery tasks, such as verifying store holiday hours, through a clear, guided workflow. The flow introduces structured education screens, location-aware prompts, and step-by-step task instructions to reduce ambiguity and ensure confidence before and during execution. I focused on simplifying acceptance decisions, reinforcing progress through contextual map states and arrival confirmation, and creating a smooth completion experience with transparent payout feedback. The result was a scalable task framework that expands Dasher earning opportunities while maintaining clarity, speed, and consistency across the app experience.
